  2. Automatically: Through cookies to analyze your browsing and optimize our sales themes.
  3. Via third parties: In particular for credit checks and eligibility for deferred payment.

3. What data is processed by Youmoq

  • Identification: Last name, first name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses.
  • Professional data: Company name, SIREN/SIRET number, VAT number, administrative documents for account validation.
  • Activity on Youmoq: History of Discovery Pack orders, purchasing preferences, exchanges with customer service.
  • Transaction data: Secure payment information via our service providers (Stripe/Mondu).
  • Creditworthiness data: For 30-day payments, financial information may be analyzed by our credit insurance partners.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contract fulfillment: Order management, deliveries, and payments.
  • Legitimate interest: Brand curation, retailer quality verification (fraud prevention), and direct marketing.
  • Legal obligations: Invoicing and accounting records.

5. Access to your data

Your data is only shared with third parties necessary for our services:

  • Partner brands: Receive your contact details for order preparation and exclusivity monitoring.
  • Logistics Providers: For the collection and delivery of packages.
  • Payment Providers (Stripe/Mondu): For securing flows and analyzing deferred payments.
  • Youmoq Team: For support and moderation.

6. Shelf life

The data is kept for the entire duration of the business relationship, plus the legal limitation periods (generally 5 years for contracts and 10 years for accounting documents).

7. Automated decisions (Deferred payment)

To offer 30-day payment terms, our partners (Mondu/Stripe) perform an automated analysis of your file. In the event of automatic refusal, you have the right to request human intervention from Youmoq to review your situation.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer your data. You may also object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
